Do you provide official warranty?
Warranty depends on the product and supplier. Please check the product page or contact Apple Center Uganda before purchase for exact warranty details.
Do you provide EMI facilities?
Yes. Selected iPhones, MacBooks and iPads are available on 0% EMI over 3, 6 or 12 months. Talk to our team on WhatsApp or in store to confirm eligibility.
Can I exchange or sell my old device?
Yes. Use the trade-in estimator for a starting value, then bring your device to Mabirizi Complex, Shop B16 for an inspection. Its value can be paid out or put toward a new purchase.
Do you deliver outside Kampala?
Yes. We deliver nationwide. Our team confirms delivery cost and timing when you order.
